H.L. ENEVELDE is a quite original and epic black metal solo project. Atmosphere is not created by synths but basic instruments, like the sharp and icy guitars. Also the vocals are unusual as they are rough and more like growls, reminding me at Aeternus. This micture is wrapped in an organic underground sound. It took me some repeats until I fell into the atmosphere but then I also purchased the previous releases. Check "Renselse". Favorite track: Renselse.

mourner This unfolds it's bleak beauty to a great intensity and let's a lot of space for all the riffs which greatly add to the immersive and hypnotizing character of En Gildere Død. The vocals bring a lot of fierceness and even an ominous feel to the album. Favorite track: Renselse.

bmurator Norwegian Black Metal. A one man, B. Kråbøl, project. This guy goes from strength to strength this album pummels you into the ground with every song only to do it again with the next. I find this slightly slower & deeper than B. Kråbøl's other project Misotheist but it is just a slight preference. Highly recommended!!!

Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass). Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit
