5 new tracks by Finlands Kêres, and perhaps some of their finest material yet. Yes, I wrote 'they' as this time, Atvar for the first time has a session drummer, namely Luxixul Sumering Auter.
What to expect? Absolutely nothing new. It's still unmistakably Kêres; mid-tempo, synth-laden, atmospheric Black Metal with hints to classic, timeless bands without neither creating anything new, nor blatantly copying the past.
Dis donners mooi. --LD XUL//EXCELSI
PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it.
That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten
